I was 10 minutes late, no sweat they covered. Briefed me on what to expect both physically and financially no sweat. Actual procedure no discomfort at all. And even got some good conversation and ideas from the doctor. Wonderful visit.
Lisa did a great job with my cleaning and is such a great person to chat with. She explained all what she was doing and seeing. I really appreciated Dr Hurst taking the time to explain the pros and cons of bridges vs implants, tailored specifically to the condition of my teeth.
My entire family has gone to Dr. Hurst for over 20 years and we are loyal to Bay Area Dental although they dont take our insurance! They have their own payment plan! Some of the employees have been there since we became patients, and they always remember us by name. They will treat you like family! Nothing better than that!
My boyfriend has been trying to convince me to switch to his dentists, Dr. Geno, for years. I didn't budge because my previous dentist was closer, and I'm not a fan of any dentist so the closer the better to get home quick! I finally caved after we moved and yesterday was my first visit to Bay Area Dental Center. The ladies in the front were so nice and made submitting my paperwork a breeze. The nurse who took me back was AMAZING! I forget her name, but she made me feel so comfortable, she sat down and talked with me about my concerns, while taking notes before she ever looked in my mouth. Plus, she made me laugh and I can't explain how much that meant to me! I was nervous to see the doctor, but from the moment Dr. Geno walked in his personality - which consisted of total professionalism dashed with humor and immense knowledge - my nerves were immediately calmed. After looking in my mouth he talked to me for a solid 10 minutes explaining in depth what he suggested for my care plan. I've never left the dentist feeling more confident and happy...happy after leaving the dentist?! Thats an odd concept for me! I called my boyfriend on the way home, and the first words out of my mouth were "I'm never going to another dentist again". Thank you Bay Area Dental, you've gained a patient for life!!!!!!!

Dr. Geno and his staff are amazing. They’re always so friendly and listen to all of your concerns. They were so accommodating when I came in with a cane because of back pain and made sure I was comfortable. They treat you like family, very caring and loving. Dr. Geno even makes you laugh with his jokes.
Office staff are friendly and professional - top notch. Dr. Hurst is the absolute best dentist I've ever encountered. My husband has had terrible experiences in the past and avoided dental care for many years. Dr. Hurst and team have him looking fabulous and he is finally not avoiding caring for his teeth.
Dr. Geno is great! He is capable of doing everything associated with tech, be it implants, cavities, or root canals. His dentistry is painless and his pricing is fair and reasonable. Absolutely the best!
My family has been going to Bay Area Dental center for many years. The staff are extremely friendly and welcome you like family. I was told by another dentist several years ago that I needed some major work done and decided to get a second opinion. Bay Area Dental informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth and not to be concerned. That was over 15 years ago and I still have had no issues! In addition, they also use the latest technology such as digital imaging and have safety precautions in place to keep everyone safe. Thank God we came to them, they are a blessing!! Highly recommended!
